After three decades directing the jazz ensembles at New Trier High School (Winnetka, Illinois), with a prior six years at Lakewood High School (Lakewood, Ohio) and the 90-minute each-way commutes, marching band duties, and kids' travel sports, etc. ... it left little time to organize the arrangements and compositions to make available to others.
RETIREMENT CHANGED ALL THAT!
On this website I’ve recently collected the pieces I could locate of the 125 arrangements and compositions I've done over the years for college, high school, and middle school jazz ensembles, marching bands and concert bands. (More will be added as they are digitized.) Most of the jazz charts have MP3 recordings of a rhythm section playing the solo backgrounds so students to practice their soloing at home. Much of this music has been used by the sixteen All-State and many All-District bands that I've directed, and every chart is performance-tested!
All of the music on my website is available for $50 to receive a DROPBOX folder
to download PDFs of the score and parts.
For $60 you can receive a printed set of parts (one of each part and not taped) a printed score,
and access to a DROPBOX folder to download the PDFs.
An additional shipping charge is usually $6-$10.
